Founders:

Annie Bodenham - Annie trained as a Nightingale nurse at St Thomas' Hospital.  After qualifying she continued working there for sixteen years gaining experience in Casualty, Midwifery and Oncology, moving to Harley Street as a Practice Nurse Manager in 1991.

Susanne Proudfoot - Susanne is a Medical Secretary with twenty-two years' work experience across a wide range of medical specialities within both the NHS and Private Health Care sectors, working in the private sector for the past sixteen years.

Through our work in the private medical sector and discussions with colleagues and medical practitioners, we are constantly aware of the increasing need for high-quality medical office support. 

Established in 2002, QWERTY W1 is a team of medical secretaries, with longstanding work experience in private practice, offering a support service to consultants and/or their secretaries in the form of off-site typing of clinic letters, reports, accounts etc. We provide a reliable, efficient service with speedy turnaround of work, which can be used:

• On a regular or ad hoc basis.
• As back up during particularly busy periods.
• As cover for emergencies or during holiday/sick leave.

Our hourly fee includes a collection and delivery service in Harley Street and surrounding areas, as well as the central London hospitals.
